Course Details

An excellent way to kick start your career in Safety! The Construction Safety Officer Certificate is composed of two separate courses: Trade Safety Coordinator (TSC-200-211) and the Construction Safety Officer (CSO-200-212) and is two weeks’ long, back to back.

We partner with ER Plus (Richmond) to offer this program in Victoria which is accredited by the Applied Science Technicians and Technologist of BC (ASTTBC) who is the only professional association in BC certifying Construction Safety Officers and holds the rights to the ‘protected title’ of Construction Safety Officer (CSO). Students who successfully complete the certificate are encouraged to join the ASTTBC and apply for designation as Construction Safety Officers.

The Construction Safety Officer Certificate applies to various industries not just construction.
