OFA Level 3 Challenge

This 35-hour course is designed for current OFA 3 certificate holders looking to re-certify. This course includes the CPR-A certification required by WorkSafe for re-certification. Course cost does not include course textbooks,these may be purchased separately if required.
Students must attend 100% of the required course hours to be eligible for the final exams.
Written and practical exams are conducted on the final days of the course. A minimum mark of 70% is required, on both the written and practical exams, to successfully complete the course. Upon successful completion, a 3-year OFA Level 3 certificate with CPR Level A + AED.
Must have current (not expired) OFA 3 certificate
Must be at least 16 years of age
A WorkSafe BC 'Statement of Fitness' is required. A complete WorkSafe BC course medical may be required by some students. For more details contact our office.
